SHOREWALKER DONORS AND SPONSORS You may have walked with us; Shorewalkers began exploring
New York and New Jersey waterfronts in 1982. The non-profit group
incorporated in 1984 as a New York State 501(c)(3) charity. For over 22 years
this unique volunteer-run organization has initiated and developed hundreds of
shore walks and helped thousands of men and women to know, preserve and
cherish our local waters and shore trails. Shorewalkers also initiated
several unique greenway and park projects. Dues from members provide only a
portion of Shorewalkers’ expenses. You can help Shorewalkers continue its efforts to enhance
our environment, bring thousands of people to it, and help keep them healthy
and informed. If you are a public-spirited individual, an executive or
director of a corporation or a foundation we invite you to walk with and work
with us. Consider gifts to the following funds: TASK #1 ONGOING WORK. Outreach to other
groups; Exploring waterfronts. Bringing many more people to walk

near the water.
